Growing up in Riverside, Kelly Cobb moved to San Diego in 2013 to attend college and earn a bachelor’s degree in communication studies with a minor in marketing. This made for the perfect preparation for a real estate professional who keeps her clients informed and guides them through a fast-moving market with timely results and positive outcomes.
And Kelly can play ball — literally. While a full-time student, she also played Division I softball. She went on to work with Lululemon Athletica, purveyor of men’s and women’s sportswear. Her athletic and professional pursuits developed her abilities as a communicator and team leader, building relationships and achieving goals with a tireless work ethic.
As a real estate professional and a self-described people person, her goal is to make everyone she meets feel remembered, important, and heard. She wants to show her clients that working hard and having a kind heart will pay off — and that their trust in her will be repaid with an extraordinary and fun experience. She especially enjoys working with first-time buyers, investors, and retirees.
Away from work, Kelly leads an active lifestyle, whether it’s riding her Peloton, hiking, or just being outdoors. With her softball experience, she coaches young girls and likes showing them not just how to play ball but how to be good people, on and off the field. She’s also passionate about helping dog rescue operations, contributing with donations, food, or fostering to help a dog find its forever home.
